Returns
- You may return an item within 14 days of receiving it.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.
- Certain items, such as On Sale items, are not eligible for returns.
Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
- If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at (info@sarahmart.us/info@sarahmart.us) with your order details. We will arrange for an exchange or replacement at no additional cost.
Order Cancellations
- You may cancel your order within (24 hours) of placing it. After this period, orders may already be in processing or shipment and cannot be canceled.
